The UK’s biggest network of estate agencies, Countrywide, has reported a 22% increase in income in its third quarter to £188.4m.
The company, which owns Hamptons and John D Wood saw a 16% increase in sales across the UK year-on-year, but only a 7% rise in London.
It has a £24.9m acquisitions programme which is expected to increase its precedes in Norther Ireland and the London suburbs.
