Court Collaboration has submitted plans for a 48-storey build-to-rent scheme on the site of the former Irish Centre in Deritend, Birmingham.
The £125m development comprises 454 flats and 10,000 sq ft of amenity space, with a gym, cinema, sky lounge and co-working space, on a site neighbouring its £350m Stone Yard development.
It revealed the plans in May ahead of a public consultation, having acquired the site at the start of the year. The Irish Centre is to relocate to a 12-acre site at the former Stadium Club on Wheeler’s Lane.
