A new health food concept, Farmstand, is to make its debut in Covent Garden, WC2.
The new health food shop/café is taking space at 42 Drury Lane, and has agreed a deal with landlord GMS Estates for around 2,000 sq ft, split over ground and basement levels on a 15-year lease.
The quoting rent for the restaurant is £80,000 per annum.
Farmstand was founded by Steven Novick, and focuses on local produce and sustainability. It will serve food as well as sell produce.
Novick plans to expand his new health concept throughout the capital, and is looking to open at least two more shops/restaurants in the next 12 months.
Nash Bond acted on behalf of Farmstand.
