The Cowell Group of companies has appointed John Cowell as head of development services.
John Cowell, brother of Nicholas, who co-founded the London-based property developer and investor, has been asked to expand the firm’s offering, providing more advice on services such as planning and architecture.
He will continue to run Cowell Consulting Group, which advises on design and construction.
He said: “My 30 years in development delivery complements Nicholas’s success in investment and agency, and our synergistic aptitudes will enable the company to develop more conversion, refurbishment and new-build projects.”
