A private UK investor has bought 7-15 Bell Street, NW1, from the Cowell Group.
The buyer paid £5.3m for the largely vacant 8,967 sq ft retail and residential asset, which has consent for a revamp to provide eight new flats.
Estate Office acted for the vendor; Allsop represented the buyer.
