Coyote links up with Nimbus Maps and Wiredscore

Real estate software company Coyote has partnered with Nimbus Maps and WiredScore.

The integrations will deliver enhanced market insights on owned assets and investment opportunities, through introduction, acquisition, management and disposal.

Through Nimbus Maps, users can view Land Registry title data and polygons within Coyote. Existing asset or potential acquisition title boundaries, ownership, date of purchase, site tenure, area and more can be seen, with direct links to Nimbus Maps and Companies House.

The integration with WiredScore provides users with office building certification rating, to understand the asset’s digital infrastructure and connectivity to set technology capacity benchmarks and help future-proof buildings.

Oli Farago, co-founder, chief executive and chief technology officer at Coyote, said: “Building connectivity is fast becoming one of the most important characteristics that our clients look out for when analysing a potential acquisition, so the integration with WiredScore represents an obvious but fantastic fit.

“Our ethos has always been ‘there must be a better way’, and, combined with our zealous commitment to collaboration, the integration with Nimbus Maps and WiredScore encapsulate the Coyote way.”

William Newton, president and EMEA managing director at WiredScore added: “Wired certification can directly impact the value of a property working as both an asset management and leasing tool.”

Simon Davis, chief executive of Nimbus, said: “We have created a very powerful database of property intelligence, and our mission is to show and then train as many people how they can benefit from it.”

The partnerships represent the latest in a string of strategic collaborations since Coyote’s launch in September 2017, having been developed and used by M7 Real Estate and its clients.
