Strong demand for ex-council-owned properties helped CP Bigwood raise £5.7m off a 77% success rate at its 31 October sale.
CP Bigwood director Jonathan Hackett said all offered council properties sold at the auction, held at Aston Villa Football Club, Birmingham, accounting for £1.3m worth of sales.
“Overall, it was an excellent result,” he said. “There is pent-up demand there, with plenty of customers looking for opportunities.”
Meanwhile, CP Bigwood has appointed Ian Tullett to the new role of financial controller. He was previously finance manager at barristers No 5 Chambers.
