Coal Pension Properties (CPP) has bought four retail warehouse parks from Grantchester Holdings for up to £143.1m.
They are in Huddersfield, Darlington, Southport and Twickenham.
They total 49,609 sq m (534,000 sq ft) and cost £87.3m to develop.
