Coal Pension Properties has bought a £24m industrial park in Warrington from a private investor, through LaSalle Investment Management.
The 400,000 sq ft asset sits on a 25-acre site and is multi-let to occupiers including Autoglass, Kwik Fit, Safestore, LA Bowl and Pure Gym.
