Capital & Regional has completed its flotation on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
The company, which specialises in regional shopping centres in the UK, announced its intention to open a listing on the South African exchange at the end of last month.
The move was described as offering South African investors “focused exposure” to the UK property sector.
No new capital was raised during the listing.
