Knight Frank Investors, on behalf of Lancashire County Council Pension Fund, has bought the freehold of Craftwork Studios, 1-3 Dufferin Street, EC1, from a UK Institution, for £14.4m.
The converted warehouse, close to Old Street roundabout, offers 32,797 sq ft of modern office accommodation.
It is almost fully let, generating an annual rental income of £913,839.
