Green Property has secured planning permission for a 129,167 sq ft office building in Crawley, West Sussex.
The firm has consent to replace an older building on the Manor Royal estate with the Nova scheme, which was designed by ESA – part of Capita Symonds.
Following consent from Crawley borough council, work on the five-storey development is expected to begin in early 2013.
