Creative Technology has signed for a 53,750 sq ft (4,993 sq m) warehouse headquarters at ISIS Asset Management’s Sussex Manor Business Park in Crawley.
The 15-year lease is worth £300,000 pa and includes 14 months rent-free.
Colliers CRE advised CT and Knight Frank and Vail Williams represented ISIS.
