Crédit Agricole circles 25 Cabot Square

25-cabot-square-THUMB.jpegCrédit Agricole SA is in advanced talks to take 150,000 sq ft at 25 Cabot Square, E14, as it nears the end of its search for a new London headquarters.

Hines Global REIT’s 25 Cabot Square is currently occupied by Morgan Stanley, which sold the 450,000 sq ft building to Hines for £225m in 2014, with an agreement to lease back half of the space for 15 years and half for three years with an option to an extend.

Advised by JLL and Squarebrook, Crédit Agricole has been hunting for a new London HQ ahead of its 2019 lease expiry at Broadgate.

It is understood that shortlisted options also include subleasing space from Citigroup at 25 Canada Square, E14.
