Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate has acquired the Monument Building, EC3, from Skanska for £118m.
The 10-storey Monument Building, which is next to the Monument to the Great Fire of London, is let to occupiers including M7, TwentyFour Asset Management, Booking.com and Portugese bank Caixa Geral de Depositos.
Savills launched the building last April with a price tag of £130m – a net initial yield of 4.6%.
Christoph Schumacher, global head of real estate at Credit Suisse Asset Management, said: “The prime location of this building in the heart of the City of London makes it a highly attractive asset.”
