CREFC Europe doubles chair’s tenure

CREFC Europe, a trade body for real estate financiers, has doubled the tenure of its chair as Martley Capital Group’s Alison Lambert takes the seat.

The organisation said the new chair would keep the role for two years, adding that the board “concluded that the traditional one-year term was too short to allow the chair to get the most out of, and put the most into, the role”.

Lambert takes over from Nassar Hussain of Brookland. The board has also been bolstered by the addition of Michela Hancock, managing director at Greystar, who has been elected to a three-year term as a CREFC Europe director.
