Crest Nicholson has sold the final two buildings on the 8ha (20 acres) Bristol Parkway North Business Park to Gravitas Holdings and Eyre Estate for £9.5m.
Gravitas acquired Building 1300 for £6.6m. It was recently prelet to Claims Plus at a rent of £178 per sq m (£16.50 sq ft) on a 15-year lease. The building provides 2,751 sq m (29, 610 sq ft) of space and 149 car-parking spaces. Due for completion in October 2000, it is the last of 10 campus-style office buildings on the site.
Eyre Estate acquired Building 1400 for £3m. It was recently prelet to management and construction consultants Gleeds at a rent of £172 per sq m (£16 per sq ft) on a 15-year lease. The building provides 1,265 sq m (13,620 sq ft) with 72 parking spaces. It is scheduled for completion in September 2000.
