Crest Nicholson has launched a new Midlands division to tap into growing demand in the region.
The division, with a head office in Tamworth, will operate across Birmingham and the West Midlands and extend into Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire and Nottinghamshire.
As part of the launch, a small number of operational sites will transfer into the Midlands division from Crest Nicholson’s existing Chiltern team.
Managing director Ben Miller, development director Tom Heathcote, and technical director Tristin Willis will head the division, all transferring from the Chiltern team. Jon Cook will be promoted to managing director of the Chiltern team.
