Crest plans new business park near Bristol

Crest Nicholson Properties has lodged a planning application with North Somerset Council to develop up to 37,160 sq m (400,000 sq ft) of offices and sheds on a site next to junction 20 of the M5 near Bristol.

The property company will invest around £1m in site infrastructure before offering the land for design and build packages or leaseback deals at around £432,419 per ha (£175,000 per acre). Work is expected to begin after September.

Keith Archer of Crest said the scheme, which will be called Five Twenty, will offer good value for money. “It’s good quality land only a few hundred yards from the motorway,” he added.

Alder King and King Sturge are marketing the land.
