Marketing company Creston Group has signed a lease for the whole of 10 Great Pulteney Street, W1.
It has taken a sublet from Nokia expiring in September 2019, for 42,250 sq ft Nokia House, at a passing rent of £2m pa.
The deal follows three months of negotiations, and Creston will now move to the building between May and June.
It is consolidating a number of its operating companies into the one property, exiting space including 3,500 sq ft at 16 Charles II Street, SW1.
