Student Cribs chief executive Charlie Vaughan-Lee has been named best leader at the British Property Federation’s Tomorrow’s Leaders Awards.
Sam Potts, building surveying associate at Cluttons, took home the award for best customer service and Josh Myerson, a partner at Montague Evans, won best industry ambassador.
Meanwhile, the award for unsung hero went to Matthew Sampson, senior development manager at U+I.
The awards, which recognise the work of four BPF members aged 35 and under, were judged by a panel that included LandAid chief executive Paul Morrish, and William McKee, director of Newcourt Residential.
BPF chief executive Melanie Leech said: “The winners of today’s awards, and those highly commended, have all gone above and beyond the call of duty in their roles, and have proved themselves to be assets to the industry. If we can continue to nurture and celebrate such talent, the future for real estate looks bright.”
