Fashion retailer Cricket is to open a 21,000 sq ft flagship store at Grosvenor’s Liverpool One.
The store, spanning three floors, will sit at the head of Peter’s Lane, Liverpool One’s premium lifestyle pitch.
The fashion anchor store will open in early 2023 offering menswear, womenswear and children’s collections, alongside bags, shoes and accessories.
It will showcase curated collections from established luxury brands including Balenciaga, Saint Laurent and Valentino, as well as up-and-coming designers.
Cricket was founded in Liverpool as a menswear boutique in 1991 and opened a 12,000 sq ft store at Metquarter in 2019.
Rob Deacon, senior asset manager at Grosvenor, said: “Cricket is the perfect addition to Liverpool One as part of our strategy to build our premium offer. The brand has a huge following nationally as well as across the North West, and will appeal to visitors with its unique selection of curated and exclusive fashion collections.”
The signing of Cricket follows the recent opening of premium brands including Tessuti, footwear retailers Kick Game and Russell & Bromley, as well as the first Charlotte Tilbury store outside London.
Metis and CBRE acted for Liverpool One; Cricket dealt directly.
