Criterion Capital has appointed Iain Murray to head its private rented sector management platform.
He was previously the managing director of Gardiner & Theobald Facilities Management.
Murray will oversee the operation of Criterion Capital’s PRS pipeline of 5,000 homes by 2020, and will explore new opportunities within the sector.
