The retail and residential property group said it was targeting “cutting edge” brands to emulate
Simon Kidd, commercial lettings director, Crosby Lend Lease, said: “The completion of Clarence Dock will provide the perfect environment for iconic urban fashion to be presented to its best advantage.”
The 1.25m sq ft waterfront mixed use development 1,124 homes, offices, a hotel, a conference hall, restaurants, a casino, cafes and bars.
