Crosslane Student Developments has won planning for a 117-bed purpose-built student accommodation scheme on Woodhouse Square in Leeds.
The development, its first in the city, will have a GDV of £14m. Crosslane is also building a 437-bed scheme in Sheffield.
Prime Student Living, the student accommodation lettings and operational management arm of Crosslane, will be responsible for the management.
Crosslane has appointed DAY Architectural as architects for the development.
