Doughnut and coffee chain Crosstown has appointed Interpath Advisors to seek fresh investment to grow the business.
Crosstown was founded in 2014 by Adam Wills and JP Then and currently operates more than 30 sites including shops, trucks, kiosks and pop-up stalls across the south of England.
The chain has global expansion plans and is eyeing opportunities to open stores in the Middle East.
Chief executive Howard Ebison said: “As we seek to expand our offering into more locations across the UK and grow internationally, the time is right to bring in new investment to help us fulfil our growth aspirations.”
Crosstown secured £3m of investment from private equity firm Foresight in spring 2022. The deal left founders Wills and Then with a 35% stake in the business.
