Crosstree set to put on the ritz
Crosstree Real Estate Management has been granted planning permission for its £600m One Berkeley Square scheme opposite the Ritz in Mayfair, W1.
The project, deferred in July over the size of the proposed 39 flats, also includes a hotel, shopping and leisure space. An updated submission now includes 52 flats, with a higher proportion of one- and two-bedroom units.
The scheme involves the demolition of 1–3 Berkeley Street and 44-48 Dover Street. Adjaye Associates designed the project.
