Croud has signed for 21,500 sq ft at Cain International’s Shoreditch development, the Stage, EC2.
The digital marketing agency will take the ninth and 10th floors of the Bard Building, which forms part of the 2.3-acre mixed-use scheme.
It joins WeWork, which has taken 75,000 sq ft in the adjacent Hewett Building, resulting in more than 45% of the development’s office space now being let.
The development takes its theatrical names from its location on the former site of Shakespeare’s Curtain Theatre.
The development comprises a 37–storey residential tower with 412 flats, two office buildings and more than 60,000 sq ft of retail and restaurant space. The Stage will also feature more than an acre of public space.
BH2 and Cushman & Wakefield represented the Stage. Croud was represented by Western Ridge.
