The Crown Estate has named Kate Bowyer (pictured) as chief financial officer, replacing John Lelliott, who is retiring.
Bowyer joins from Intu Properties where she was director of finance and a member of the executive committee.
In her new position Bowyer will work with chief executive Alison Nimmo to help determine the company’s strategic agenda and will also have a place on the executive committee.
