The Crown Estate has hired InfraRed Capital Partners’ chief financial officer as its next finance boss.
Helen Price will take up the role from January 2025, taking over from Robert Allen.
Announcing her move, Price said: “I am passionate about sustainability and the role of business as a force for good. I am looking forward to the opportunity to further leverage [the Crown Estate’s] financial strategies and commercial discipline to both achieve strong financial returns and drive meaningful change to create a lasting positive impact for future generations.”
Price is also finance chief of HICL Infrastructure, an infrastructure investment company managed by InfraRed. Before joining InfraRed in 2021, she was CFO of EFG Private Bank, and before that group financial controller at private equity firm 3i Group.
