Paul Clark, chief investment officer of the Crown Estate, is leaving the business after more than 12 years.
Clark, who is also a member of the executive committee, leads the portfolio management, investment, strategy and development functions. He is also a member of the investment committee.
Before he joined the Crown Estate in 2007, he was responsible for the Church Commissioners’ £1.7bn property investment portfolio.
Outside of the Crown Estate, he is also a non-executive director of the Hermes Property Unit Trust and was a director at Ronson Capital Partners.
Dan Labbad, chief executive of the Crown Estate, said: “During his tenure, Paul has been instrumental to the success of the business through the discipline and commercial acumen he has brought to our investment process.
“His contributions have been wide and deep and his commitment and passion are reflected in the business the Crown Estate is today. We would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to Paul for his immense contribution over many years, and wish him the very best for the future.”
