The Crown Estate has leased two floors at its Regent Street office scheme Quadrant 2, taking it to 75% let just weeks after completion.
Akamai Technologies and lender Amicus have signed for 9,000 sq ft and 10,000 sq ft respectively on the second, sixth and seventh floors of 7 Air Street, W1.
Rents in the building are quoted at £85 per sq ft.
Management consultant Eden McCallum has already signed for the fifth floor of the building, which was designed by Barr Gazetas.
Quadrant 2, which also includes 21 Glasshouse Street, it is the latest phase in the Crown’s £1bn modernisation of Regent Street.
