Croydon council is looking for a property tsar to take over its £1.4bn land and property portfolio.
The council is searching for a trained property adviser to manage its assets, which include over 15,500 residential properties and 240 business premises, as well as schools, car parks and libraries.
Croydon council’s first head of property services, who will receive a salary of £75,000 pa, will head up the council’s 50 strong team within corporate services.
