GE Commercial Finance and Brookhouse Investments have completed what they claim is the highest office rent in Croydon for over six years at their
Insurance firm Liverpool Victoria has taken the second floor of 9,758 sq ft at a headline rent of £20.50 per sq ft on a nine year lease.
The company already occupies 19,516 sq ft over the third and fourth floors.
It will now occupy 29,274 sq ft in the 80,000 sq ft building.
