Croydon offices hit rental high

GE Commercial Finance and Brookhouse Investments have completed what they claim is the highest office rent in Croydon for over six years at their Sixty Nine Park Lane scheme. Insurance firm Liverpool Victoria has taken the second floor of 9,758 sq ft  at a headline rent of £20.50 per sq ft on a nine year lease. The company already occupies 19,516 sq ft over the third and fourth floors. It will now occupy 29,274 sq ft in the 80,000 sq ft building. Other tenants at the building include Stiles Harold Williams, RH architects, London Borough of Croydon and HBOS. GE Commercial Finance and Brookhouse Investments were represented by Savills and Stuart Edwards Fullermoon; Liverpool Victoria represented itself. helen.roxburgh@egi.co.uk
