Canary Wharf’s biggest occupier, Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB), is to sublet a large chunk of new space to its rival, Bank of America (BofA).
CSFB, which occupies 1.8m sq ft (167,220 sq m) at Canary Wharf, will sublet half of its new 500,000 sq ft (46,450 sq m) office at 5 Canada Square to BofA.
