Cube City Properties plans homes and offices in W1

Cube City Properties has bought 12-15 Great Turnstile, WC1, from Colesbourne Asset Management for more than £2m.

A residential scheme comprising 10 flats and two penthouses is planned, which will increase the 8,250 sq ft (766 sq m) building to 13,000 sq ft (1,208 sq m) including 3,000 sq ft (279 sq m) of offices.

Former Chesterton agent Julian Leech’s firm, JL Commercial, and Morgan Lambert & Partners acted for the vendor.
