Cubex Land, the developer backed by venture capitalist Palmer Capital Partners, has signed a development agreement with Bristol Cathedral School to deliver a £5.25m 12,100 sq ft Grade A office building close to the city’s Harbourside district.
The 4-storey College Square House, next to the cathedral and central library, will be the latest addition to Cubex’s £120m development portfolio.
Alder King represented the school and is retained as sole letting agent.
