Cullross launches public consultation on Newcraighall resi scheme

Affordable housing specialist Cullross has submitted plans for a 220-home mixed-use scheme on land east of Glennie Road in Newcraighall, Musselburgh. The homes included in the proposal, submitted to Edinburgh City Council, range across flats, “colony” flats and townhouses, with associated parking, bicycle storage, refuse stores and green space. The development may include retail and commercial space. The developer has submitted a proposal of application notice to the council, signifying the formal notice of intent to submit a planning application following a minimum 12-week period of consultation.
