Curlew Capital has completed a £44m senior loan with Lloyds Commercial Banking.
The three-year facility will fund 550 student beds across three schemes in Brighton, Bath and Bermondsey.
A 185-bed scheme in Bermondsey, a 232-bed scheme on London Road in Brighton and a 138-bed scheme in Bath.
It is the first deal between Curlew and Lloyds Bank and will support development with assets completing between this year and 2022/23.
