Currell Group has bought Islington-based land and new homes specialist Thomson Currie.
Thomson Currie was founded in 1988 and has sold more than 1,000 homes. It has formed relationships with some of London’s major property developers.
The acquisition will help to increase the output of the land and new homes departments at Currell.
Currell commercial CEO Simon Davidson said: “This is a strategic acquisition for Currell, which hugely enhances our existing land and development offering.
“Thomson Currie has a fantastic reputation and client base, which dovetails really well with our existing business streams, especially new homes sales where we have already incorporated some of their sales pipeline.”
