The Muir Group has unveiled its first phase plans for a mixed-use business park at Kingdom Park, Mitchelston in Fife.
The plans comprise a 100,000 sq ft (9,290 sq m) non-food shop, 15,000 sq ft (1,400 sq m) of offices and 30,000 sq ft (2,780 sq m) of industrial space.
Ronnie Muir, director of the Muir Group, said: “Mitchelston is a regional catchment area. The planning gain will also bring long-lasting benefits to Kirkcaldy and the surrounding area by starting the all-important business park.”
