Cushman & Wakefield is to take over DTZ Zadelhoff, the Dutch affiliate of DTZ which did not initially sign up to the merger between the two firms.
The 14-strong DTZ Zadeloff partnership is expected to become part of the global firm on 1 January 2016, subject to regulatory approval of the merger.
Cushman & Wakefield will acquire a substantial majority stake in the business.
Jeroen Lokerse, head of Netherlands for Cushman & Wakefield, said: “When we announced our global merger on 2 September we stated that it was the intention of all parties in the Netherlands to agree a new working protocol as soon as possible.
“As of closing, we can operate as one firm for our clients in the Netherlands, delivering the benefits of a broader range of services that are already being seen in our major markets around the world.”
