Cushman & Wakefield has hired Henry de Teissier as a partner to lead the South West logistics and industrial team.
The appointment continues the firm’s strategic expansion in the UK logistics and industrial market and follows the acquisition of consultancy Burbage Realty Partners in 2022.
De Teissier joins on 29 January, having spent the last six years in JLL’s Bristol team. In his new role, De Teissier will advise the firm’s investor and occupier clients across the region.
The move comes shortly after Cushman & Wakefield appointed Christopher Robinson as a partner to the team, which is now formed of eight specialists.
Richard Evans, head of UK logistics and industrial at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “[De Teissier’s] experience and regional market knowledge will be a real asset to the business and allow us to provide even greater value to our clients across the region.”
