Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Tom Nuttall as the new head of its UK valuation and advisory team, effective from the start of 2024.
The move comes as Karen Clements is due to retire at the end of this year.
Nuttall, who joined the firm as a graduate surveyor in 2006, has most recently served as head of the specialist markets valuation and advisory team, covering the healthcare, living, life sciences, PBSA, self-storage, hospitality, infrastructure and alternative sectors.
George Roberts, head of UK and Ireland at Cushman & Wakefield, said “[Nuttall’s] appointment reflects our belief in the strength of our valuation and advisory proposition, and the importance of extending our valuation services to cover non-traditional asset types, which is key to supporting the strategies of our clients.”
