Retail agent Green & Partners has hired Cushman & Wakefield partner Tom Plaine for a role in its lease advisory team.
Plaine has joined the firm as a partner. He previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield and its legacy DTZ arm for the past 18 years.
Elsewhere, Green & Partners has promoted Matt Beardall to equity partner. Beardall joined its agency team in 2010. His clients include AEW UK, British Land, DTZ Investors, LaSalle Investment Management and M&G.
