LabTech has appointed Ed Nicholson from Cushman & Wakefield as its new head of London office leasing.
He will be responsible for managing LabTech’s real estate holdings comprising six properties in Camden and will lead on the refurbishment and leasing at 7 Herbrand Street, WC1, and 1 Museum Street.
Nicholson joins after seven years at C&W where he worked in the agent’s central London leasing team.
Prior to joining C&W he spent more than six years at Strutt & Parker after joining its graduate scheme in 2008.
