Cushman & Wakefield has completed the acquisition of Pinnacle Property Management Services, the third largest build-to-rent property management company in the US.
It will see the agent expand its build-to-rent presence to 20 markets in the country.
Pinnacle manages more than 169,000 homes across 839 developments for a range of institutional, private and foreign investors.
