Cushman & Wakefield has appointed John Freker as a partner to its UK student accommodation team.
He will be responsible for managing student housing transactions and providing clients with specialist investment advice.
Freker joins from Colliers where he was an associate director in its national capital markets team.
Prior to that, he was an associate director in corporate finance at JLL and Savills, respectively.
