Cushman & Wakefield has promoted international partner Jamie Renison (pictured) to head of life sciences agency in the UK.
He will now lead leasing activity across the UK and work closely with Nick Blevins, who leads occupier representation work within the sector.
Renison has more than 25 years of agency experience, including the Golden Triangle. He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2012 as a specialist in the South East market, increasingly focusing on the life sciences and technology sectors.
Michael Aston, head of life sciences at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “Recent announcements by some of the world’s biggest investors underline the huge appetite for developing much-needed lab and office space, enabling the UK to maintain its status as a global centre of scientific research, innovation and discovery.”
