Thomas Rose, Cushman & Wakefield’s EMEA head of leisure and restaurants, has left the business.

It is understood that he has departed to set up his own consultancy.
Rose, who had joined C&W as a partner in 2006, specialises in advising on major mixed-use city centre schemes, mainly in London.
He has worked on projects including Battersea Power Station, Kensington Olympia, Waterloo London, King’s Cross, Wembley Park and Central Cross in Chinatown.
He has also worked with brands including Third Space, Puttshack, Chipotle, Wahaca, Rosa’s Thai Café and Wagamama.
Both C&W and Rose declined to comment.
